mPorts OMS

mPorts OMS is the commerce operations system for orders, inventory, fulfillment and shipments across sales channels. It covers order management and an order control tower, inventory visibility with per-channel inventory policy, inventory and pricing feeds, product data and channel launch, fulfillment planning and fulfillment recovery, shipment and tracking workflows, returns, and operational cost and margin reporting.

Does mPorts OMS replace our ERP?
No. It runs alongside the systems you already have and connects to them. An ERP and an OMS answer different questions — there is a longer explanation of that boundary in our resources.
Which sales channels does it support?
The channels shown above are the ones mPorts OMS is built to operate across today. If the channel you sell on is not listed, ask — we will tell you whether it is connected rather than assume.
Can it connect to our existing WMS or 3PL?
mPorts OMS connects to warehouse and third-party logistics systems. Whether your specific provider is already connected depends on whether that connection has been built, which we will confirm rather than assume.
Do we need mPorts Distribution to use the OMS?
No. OMS operates across whatever channels you already sell on.
Where does AI fit in the OMS?
Through AI operations, under rules you set in advance, with a person approving where you require it, and with a record of every run. It is not a separate system acting on your orders by itself.
