Other software

This describes where the AI gets its information and how a change is made. It is not a claim that this AI is more accurate or more independent than any other. mPorts OMS holds the operational information, the AI works from it, and the ordinary workflow makes the change.

How AI is allowed to act here

Nothing an AI suggests is applied until a person has reviewed and approved it, wherever your own rules require that.

Every change that matters is written down: who or what made it, what it affected, what was done, and how things looked before and after. Work the AI starts runs under rules you set in advance, and keeps a full record of what it did.

These are operating principles and product capabilities. They are not a separate product, and nothing on this site will sell them to you as one.

It is a separate product from mPorts OMS, and it is bought separately — most companies start with one.

Every factual statement here resolves to a governed claim with a named source and a review date. When we can support a number, we will publish the number. Until then, the absence is the honest answer.

Questions buyers ask

Does mPorts replace our ERP?
No. mPorts is designed to run alongside the systems a business already has, connecting to them rather than requiring them to be replaced. Whether your particular ERP can be connected depends on whether that connection has been built — ask us and we will tell you plainly.
What is the difference between mPorts Distribution and mPorts OMS?
Distribution is the software for running your own B2B distribution marketplace — your suppliers, your business buyers, your domain. OMS is where your team operates orders, inventory, fulfillment and shipments across every channel, including channels that have nothing to do with Distribution.
Do we have to adopt the whole suite?
No. The layers are separable. Which ones make sense depends on where the work currently hurts, which is the first thing worth discussing.
What does AI operations actually do?
It follows one path: you ask a question, it checks the connected systems, works out what is happening, suggests what to do, waits for a person to approve wherever your rules require it, makes the change through the system that owns it, and records the result. It does not run your business on its own.
