Integration

Wayfair integration

mPorts OMS connects to Wayfair, covering order flow, shipment registration, label and document retrieval, and inventory updates.

Integration status

Built and tested against the documented contract. Live readiness for your account is confirmed during onboarding rather than assumed.

What data flows

  • Orders in

    Orders are listed and imported.

  • Order actions out

    Accept and ship.

  • Shipments

Shipment registration, then label and shipping-document retrieval.

  • Consolidated BOL

    Retrieved where applicable.

  • Inventory out

    Inventory updates are pushed.

  • Cancellations

    Cancellation requests are read back.

What this automates

Work that would otherwise be done by hand in the Wayfair seller interface, one order at a time.

  • Order list and status
  • Accept order
  • Ship order
  • Order location
  • Shipment registration
  • Label retrieval
  • Shipping documents
  • Consolidated BOL
  • Inventory update
  • Cancellation requests

What this integration does not do

  • Creating orders on Wayfair

    Orders flow in.

  • Reading inventory back

    Inventory is pushed, not read.

  • Shipping method selection

    Not exposed by this integration.

Worth knowing

Wayfair's inventory feed can run differential or as a true-up — a complete stock listing, which Wayfair requires at least every 24 hours. Which one applies is a configuration decision made during onboarding.

How authorization is handled

OAuth with token exchange and refresh handled by the integration layer.

Questions buyers ask

Which mPorts OMS capabilities use this?
Orders, Inventory, Fulfillment and Shipping all draw on it. The integration is infrastructure beneath those capabilities rather than a product of its own.
Is this integration live for our account?
That is confirmed during onboarding against your own credentials and catalog. We would rather check than assume, because the answer depends on your account's configuration as much as on the integration.
