You can find mPorts products at nearly 100 major U.S. 零售ers including Wayfair, Walmart, Houzz, Lowe’s, 和 select boutique vendos.

What are mPorts’ supported/partner shipping companies?

订单s are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, 和 DHL for small parcels 和 ABF, Estes, KKW, YRC, Pilot, 和 Ceva for LTL freights.

Will my goods be safe in 您的 warehouse?

Yes, all of our warehouses are equipped with high-quality security features. We also offer product liability insurance at cost to our partners.

What does the timeline look like for my products to go live on the sales channels?

While 您的 products are on the way from 您的 factory to our warehouse, our onboarding team will work to get 您的 products ready to sell on the sales channels. The timeline varies 通过 零售er.

How can I track my 库存 和 performance?

You will have access to our proprietary mPorts dashboard, which allows you to track orders, 库存, product performance, invoices, 和 reports.

What product categories do you have in 您的 catalog?

We manage a plethora of quality products from categories including: Furniture, Pets, 首页 Decor, Cooking, 和 More!

What if my products aren’t selling?

Although we do not guarantee sales, we do have 您的 best interest in mind. Your Account Manager will be working closely with you to ensure that 您的 products are priced 和 positioned competitively.

We have our own 3PL warehouse, is it possible to access 零售 sales channels 和 sales management services without the fulfillment service?

Yes, Our services are customizable so you only pay for what you need.

How are replacements/returns for damaged items h和led?

零售商 have their own return 和 replacement policies, 和 we advise our suppliers to provide an allowance for these instances. If you choose to add Customer Service to 您的 package, 您的 company will have a dedicated team to manage customer 和 零售er queries.

Do you offer other services to help grow our sales in the US?

We pay you within 45 days from receiving payments from the 零售ers.

How do I become a partner with mPorts?

To start the process of becoming an mPorts supplier, simply fill out the contact us form 和 a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to walk you through our onboarding process.

How does 您的 sales network work?

销售 are generated 通过 the connections our mPorts team makes with 零售ers. We work with different types of sales partners:
(1) Wholesale B2B;
(2) marketplace B2C;
(3) Direct to Consumer.
Our goal is to work with our vendor partners to develop customized strategies that fit their products 和 their business goals. Do you have drop-ship capabilities?

Yes, we can drop-ship directly to customers.

How quickly can you ship the orders?

We always try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our commitment is to ship ground orders within 24-48 hours of 您的 order being placed (assuming items are in stock). If it is critical that an order be processed quickly, please email us.

What product categories do you have in 您的 catalog?

We have a collection of thous和s of non-food products including furniture, home decor, outdoor products, 和 pet products. We are always introducing new products made 通过 our network of global artisans.

What are some of the products you are specializing in?

Do you have any lightweight items (less than 8 lbs.) or LTL items (more than 150 lbs.)?

Yes, we have both types.

How do I become a 零售er partner with mPorts?

Do 您的 suppliers have MAP (Minimum Advertised Price)?

Yes, some of our suppliers have MAP, which we are committed to monitoring 和 enforcing.

Yes, we can provide you with real-time 库存 data via EDI, API, FTP, or email.

Do you have a dropship fee?

We do not charge dropship fees.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you support returns? If so, what is 您的 warranty policy?
